Took this out today in a very windy day with rough conditions and this thing is an absolute monster. I upgraded to this from a PVC sand spike and this is a game changer. Great build quality. The foot peg helps cement it firmly in the sand. No matter how hard the wind was blowing it was unmoved. Very happy with it so far.
The storage handle I bought from Deerfield is awesome works great is as ordered don't know how I did without it would buy it again in a heartbeat.
